Terms & Conditions for Dog Story Submissions

By submitting your dog’s story, photos, and/or videos (“Content”) through this form, you agree to the following:

Permission to Use Content

You grant Justin Veenema (the publisher & content creator) a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, share, publish, adapt, and display your submitted Content in any format, including email newsletters, social media, websites, and other promotional or commercial uses. You understand that your Content may be edited for clarity, length, or formatting.

Ownership and Rights

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the Content and have the right to share it. You also confirm that the dog featured belongs to you or that you have the permission of the owner to submit their story and media.

No Compensation

Submitting Content does not guarantee that it will be featured. If your submission is selected, you will not receive financial compensation or royalties. Selection is at Justin’s sole discretion.

Newsletter Subscription Required

You must be subscribed to the newsletter to be eligible. By entering, you agree to receive email communications. You can unsubscribe at any time, but this may affect your eligibility.

Privacy & Contact

Your contact details will only be used to communicate about your submission or feature. They will not be shared or sold.

Content Removal

If at any point you wish to have your Content removed from future use, you can make a request by email. While future use will stop, any existing posts or emails already published may not be deleted.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Justin Veenema is not responsible for any misuse of your Content by third parties once it is published publicly. You also agree to release Justin from any claims or liability related to your submission.
